Summer trip to Banff, Canada

August 14, 2010 : Today, my dad and I went to Banff. We started heading out at around 12:00 PM. It took about an hour and a half to drive to Banff. When we arrived, the city was full! We went all over town but we just couldn’t find a parking spot. After awhile, we decided to go to the Banff Gondola. When we arrived at the parking lot, there was alot of people. Luckily, we found a parking spot. After we parked, we went inside and got a hot chocolate and a coffee. Then we got a ticket and went on the gondola. It was scary at first, but then it turned fun. When we got to the top of the gondola, we went on the board walk. The mountains were really cool. After walking for about 10 minutes, we spotted some squirrels on the rocks beneath us. We took some pictures and moved on.

Going solo? Travelling Alone.

With the advance of aviation technology, travelling from one country to another is becoming easier and more affordable for most people nowadays. Thousands of people travel across the globe every day for various reasons. Some do it to visit their family or relatives while others travel for business.  On the other hand, traveling is an adventure for many people who want to see the places that they have never seen before, to experience the culture of a different country and to enjoy nature. While it may be somehow convenient to travel with friends and family, it is worth taking full advantage of the travelling experience by going solo.
